Terms of Service
The terms that apply to reservations and travel with ZULK Transportation.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit is received. Online bookings require a minimum notice period; shorter-notice trips are arranged by phone subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is retained. No-shows are charged the full fare.
Wait time
Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from touchdown; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments.
Conduct and damage
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Excessive cleaning or damage caused by passengers is charged at cost.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road closures and acts of authority. Our liability is limited to the fare paid.
