Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
For sedans and SUVs, 24 hours is usually enough. Stretch limousines, Sprinters and coaches — especially on weekends or during wedding and prom season — should be booked several weeks ahead. Same-day trips are often possible; call our dispatch desk.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are based on distance or booked hours, your chosen vehicle class, and any applicable surcharges such as airport fees or late-night service. The trip calculator shows the full breakdown before you commit.
Is gratuity included in the quoted price?
Yes. A standard gratuity for your chauffeur is included in every quote, so the price you see is the price you pay. Additional tips are always welcome but never expected.
Do I need to pay the full amount up front?
No. A deposit confirms your reservation; the balance is due on the day of travel. You can pay the balance online in advance if you prefer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the deposit is retained. No-shows are charged the full fare.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time and adjust the pickup automatically at no extra cost. Airport arrivals also include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time.
